StoreTech was awarded the Construction contract for $1.2 Million and asked to complete the project in an aggressive 90 day job schedule. The 7,500 SF Full Service restaurant is part of a recent expansion of the Brandon Towne Center Mall which is owned and operated by Westfield Malls. Sinigual, which is the first Florida location for the concept, joins The Cheescake Factory and California Pizza Kitchen as the newest additions to the Mall.
